How my journey began…
I graduated from Harvard University in 1994 with a BA in General Studies, majoring in Social Anthropology, and earned an MA in Spanish from Middlebury College in 1997.
With 25 years of experience teaching Spanish and French at middle and high schools in Colorado and Idaho, I’ve honed facilitation skills that go beyond the typical business setting. Teaching a room full of teenagers taught me how to engage any audience, think on my feet, and adapt in real-time. As a master facilitator, I excel at reading the room, adjusting sessions on the fly, and creating an energized, engaging environment. As a coach, I gain deep satisfaction in helping people discover their purpose and find the courage to take action.
I am also a proud mother of two teenagers and married to a witty Chemistry teacher. In my free time, I enjoy dancing, mountain biking, skiing, and cooking. While I’m naturally extroverted, I find peace and renewal on a paddleboard in the middle of a mountain lake or skiing solo along a quiet cross-country trail. I’ve also been a Zumba instructor, a springboard diver, and won dance contests on two different Caribbean Islands! I was born to a French mother and an American father.
I’ve lived in Paris, Bogotá, and Madrid and now call Sun Valley, Idaho home, where I live with my family and our four dogs.
