Through intentional listening, powerful questioning, and invitations to action, I will guide you with love and support toward more fulfillment in any area of your life: relationships, business, health, family, finances. We can work together to expand your capacity in any realm. As one realm expands, the others naturally follow suit. I specialize in life transitions and women who have recently or are about to become empty-nesters.

Executive Coaching

Your spouse, while a sturdy support, is likely tired of hearing about work. Your business partner(s) might not have the bandwidth or insight to support you.
